How It Works
1. Send your enquiry
Email us using the button below to tell us about the damage that needs repairing. You’re welcome to include photos too.
2. Discuss your options
We’ll discuss the best repair options with you and explain what’s involved. We’ll agree the cost with you before starting any work.
3. Arrange the repair
Once arranged, post your jewellery to us or drop it off for repair. When it’s ready, you can collect it or have it shipped back to you.
